What is a Bad Date?

A bad date is any date or trick who treats you badly! This could be anything from being verbally disrespectful, refusing to wear a condom, refusing to pay, kidnapping, rape, physical assault, or other fucked up shit.

What is a Bad Date Sheet?

A Bad Date Sheet is an anonymous way for workers to hold violent/dangerous people accountable and to warn other workers’ to stay away from them. Reporting a bad date can be a way to stand together and look out for each other as a community. We keep us safe!

How can I report a Bad Date?

Fill out the online form below as best you can. Think about what info might help other folks to stay away from this person!

Include all relevant information, including the time/place of the Bad Date, a description of the person, and a description of the incident.

If there was a car or vehicle, describe it as best as you can.
Think about the make/model, color, condition (messy, new, busted). If you remember anything about the license plate, you can include that too!

Describe the person as best as you can. If there were multiple, describe each of them.
Think about physical description (age, race, hair color/style, tattoos or other identifiable features) as well as things like if they had an accent or smoked or wore cologne or just anything else you noticed about them.
